I made a Weakaura to help mana users track your MP5 ticks. With this I have a box positioned on my mana pol and when the box encapsulates the numbers on the right hand side of my mana pool I use [Water] or [Food] and I can tick eat while running at full speed.
This is very useful in PvP but also has some PvE uses as well.
First Gif is me running normally with regeneration starting @ 50%
