Finally hit 60 and fleshed most of this out, it's tailored around SuF and how I have that setup so, plus a few other addons and weak auras it might not be for everyone. But I'll list them below for the curious.

A few things are kinda ghetto/lazy, you'll need to manually change the potion/bomb tracker for whatever you are using or just delete them if you dont want them. There no way I could find to track frost trap duration, however Plater will do that on nameplates for you.

Not shown in pic is a few trackers for things like stings or debuffs on the target unit frame, and pop ups for things like not having Trueshot aura on if specced it, and the duration of hard CC and CC procs like improved wingclip or conc shot, A warning if you pet isn't set to passive (dont be a noob), if you are in combat but it's not attacking, if you have growl on in a BG or Instance, potion cooldowns, grenade cooldowns, trinket cooldowns etc... |
