Auto Open Dialog

Automatically opens bank, flight master, vendor, trainer, and battlemaster menus if there are no additional options. No more annoying dialogs with a blurb of pointless text and a button to take you to what you actually want - just get straight to the point. Doesn't interfere with quests given by vendors or flight masters; if there's more than one option, it will show the normal dialog instead of skipping it.
