Reckoning Stacks Tracker

Classic Paladin Reckoning stacks tracker.

Following things resets stacks of reckoning:
- Log out
- Weapon change (you must use stacks with weapon with which they was obtained)
- Zone loading (most loading screens, but not /reload)
