Insanity's Energy Tick Overlay
A minimalist overlay with accurate tick detection, this ticker ignores energy gains from relentless, darkmantle etc.Drag over your energy bar and resize to neaten it up.
To completely hide the ticker when you don't have a hostile target, change the alpha to 0% in the conditions menu.
