Diamond Flask tracker
A simple diamond flask tracker.- Shows an icon with no text if it's available and equipped
- Shows an icon with 50% alpha and red colour if its not equipped
- Shows icon+duration+pixel glow if it's active
- Shows icon+cooldown if it's on CD
Change load zone to BWL and MC if you dont want to have it active everywhere.
