This is a Consumable/Buff tracker. The bar will only show in a 20man or 40 man raid. This is configured for feral druids but could be used for other classes as well.

Omen of Clarity Buff
While buffs are inactive they will be somewhat transparent. While buffs are active they will light up and glow and show the duration. The buffs are dynamic depending on which consumable you use.
For example:
Ground Scorpok Assay is the icon showing when either Strike of the Scorpok or Rage of ages (R.O.I.D.S. buff) are missing. When either one of those buffs is activated the correct buff icon will show with the duration. This is the same for JuJu might and Winterfall Firewater. Also Juju Power and Elixer of the Giants. Generic food icon will show when any food buff is detected and will show the duration as well.
